"Bushintai-Do for the Classroom provided my students a
highly structured and rewarding physical activity that
greatly helped their self-esteem and confidence!" Bret Kernoff, M.Ed., CAGS, BCBA
Bushintai-Do for the Classroom improves cognitive skills and counters obesity with motivating on-line physical activities.
Bushintai-Do means "the Way of the Warrior in Mind and Body" and was developed for schools by fitness educator and martial artist, David Quinlan. It is a synthesis of traditional Asian martial arts, but contains no dangerous techniques.
Bushintai-Do for the Classroom is a simple way for educators to integrate a physical activity that fosters academic achievement and improves fitness.
